When will I receive my reward?

At ZoomBucks, we work hard to ensure that your rewards are delivered quickly and reliably. Most Paypal, Amazon and gift card rewards are processed within 1 business day, and in many cases, users receive their rewards within minutes.


What to Expect


  • Typical delivery time: Within 1 business day

  • Fastest delivery: Some users receive rewards almost instantly

  • Delays: If your account is under review by our security team, processing may take longer

  • Unavailable rewards: In rare cases, if a reward becomes temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email


Before You Reach Out


Please allow at least 5 full business days from the time of your redemption before contacting support about a missing reward. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Check Your Email


Sometimes reward notifications can end up in your Spam or Junk folder.

Be sure to:


  • Check those folders

  • Mark any ZoomBucks emails as "Not Spam" or "Safe" to ensure future emails go to your inbox
