My PayPal reward hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

PayPal rewards on ZoomBucks are typically delivered within 1 business day, but in some cases, it may take up to 2-3 business days to fully process your payment. Furthermore, trusted users will receive their rewards within minutes.

If you are a new user, it is completely normal to receive your reward within 1 business day.

How PayPal rewards are delivered

PayPal rewards are sent through our partner Tremendous, rather than directly to your PayPal account. When your redemption is approved, look for an email from Tremendous and follow its instructions to redeem the reward. Search your inbox and spam or junk folders for “Tremendous.”

If you selected a Visa card instead of PayPal, the withdrawal will not reach your PayPal account. Check that the correct payment method and PayPal details are selected for future withdrawals.

Common Reasons for Delay:

• Account Security Review: Your account may be undergoing a routine verification to ensure all activity is legitimate. All new accounts are checked and may experience a short delay.
