How do I close or delete my account?
If you’d like to close your account, you can do so directly from the app or mobile site. Just follow these steps:
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Scroll down and tap “Settings”
Pick Profile and Click on the Tab Security
Just at the bottom, you’ll see a message that says:
“If you wish to delete your account, click here.”
Click the link and you’ll be taken to the account closure page.
On the new page, click the “Close my account” tab.
After that, an email will be sent to your registered email address.
Check your inbox and click the “Confirm” button in the email to complete the closure process.
