# Why am I getting a white screen when I try to access the site?

**Before starting a chat, please follow these steps to gather technical details and perform some troubleshooting.**

### Technical Troubleshooting:

* **Check if you are online.** Ensure that you are connected to the internet.
    
* **Refresh the page** to see if the issue persists.
    
* **Restart your Wi-Fi** router to reset the connection.
    
* **Check for any VPN.** If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily, as some VPNs may block access to certain websites or services.

### Browser Troubleshooting:

### For Chrome:

1. **Right-click** and select **Inspect**.
    
2. Click **Network**.
    
3. Click **XHR**.
    
4. Take a screenshot of the entire browser.
    
5. Click **Console**.
    
6. Click **Errors** and check what’s listed.
    
7. Take another screenshot.

### For Safari:

1. **Right-click** and select **Inspect Element**.
    
2. Click **Network**.
    
3. Click **XHR**.
