# I'm not being credited. What should I do?

If you didn’t get points after completing an offer, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

### Common Reasons for Missing Credit

* You **previously attempted the same survey** or a similar version from another platform.

* The survey provider **flagged your submission as low quality**, which can happen if answers were inconsistent or rushed.

* You **did not fully complete** the survey or missed required steps.

* You were **disqualified late in the survey**, which can sometimes happen after pre-screening questions.

## How to Make Sure You Get Credited

Follow these best practices to improve your chances of getting credited for surveys:

1. **Be honest and consistent** when answering all questions.

2. **Take your time.** Rushing through surveys or clicking randomly may trigger disqualification.

3. **Avoid opening multiple surveys at once.** This can cause tracking issues or lower your quality score.

4. **Check the requirements.** Some surveys require a full completion, while others may credit partially if you are disqualified after answering a few questions.

5. **Wait a bit.** Most surveys credit within **10 minutes**, but some providers may take up to **24 hours**.
