I’m missing survey points, how do I contact the survey providers?
We understand how frustrating it can be to complete a survey and not receive your points. While most rewards are processed correctly, occasional issues can happen due to:
- Technical errors
- Incomplete survey responses
- Delayed processing times
In these cases, it's best to contact the survey provider directly. Be sure to include proof of completion, such as screenshots or survey IDs, to help their support team investigate your request.
Once your request is submitted, you can typically expect a response within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Support Contacts by Survey Provider
CPX Research
To report a missing reward from CPX Research:
- Go to the CPX Research survey wall through a CPX Research survey from ZoomBucks (It is the only way to access the Survey Wall)
- Click the three stripes (menu) icon in the top-left corner

- Select "Help"
- Scroll down and use the contact form to create a support ticket

Include key details like survey date, reference ID, and a screenshot or video link.
If uploading media, you can use an image hosting service like imgbb.com and paste the link in the form.
CINT / Lucid
To report missing points from CINT or Lucid surveys, go to their support page and fill out a ticket.
Include the survey details, date of completion, and any relevant screenshots.
Prime Surveys
To report missing points from Prime Surveys, go to their support page and fill out a ticket.
Include the survey details, date of completion, and any relevant screenshots.
Other providers can only be contacted directly through email such as:

Dynata - custsupport@dynata.com
Grab Cherries - support@grabcherries.com
When emailing any of these providers, it is highly recommended to include:
- Your User ID (if available from the app you are using).
- The Name of the Survey and the approximate time you took it.
- Screenshots of the completion screen or the "Thank You" message at the end of the survey.
