# I no longer have access to my registered email, can you change it for me?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your ZoomBucks account, we can help you update it. For security reasons, we'll need to confirm that you're the rightful account holder.

### Please contact us via **chat** and provide the following details:

* Your **registered email address** (the one currently on the account)
    
* Your **first and last name**
    
* Your **full address**
    
* Your **internet service provider (ISP)**

You can start a chat by visiting our Help Center and clicking the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the page.

Once we verify the information, we'll help you update your email.
