# I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—you can reset it in just a few steps.

### Here’s how:

1. On the login page, click **“Forgot Password?”**

2. Enter your **registered email address** and click **“Send Password.”**
    
3. Check your inbox for an email from us and click the **“Reset Password”** link inside.
    
4. Enter your **new password** and click **“Submit.”**

That’s it! You should now be able to log in with your new password.

📝 *Tip: If you don’t see the reset email, check your Spam or Junk folder just in case.*
