# I didn't receive the activation email, I cannot activate my account

We're sorry to hear you're having issues activating your account! If you haven't received the activation email, please try the following:

1. **Check your Spam or Junk folder** – Sometimes our emails can end up there by mistake.
    
2. Once you find the email, select **“Mark as safe”** or **“Not Spam”** to make sure you receive future messages from us.
