# How do I redeem my reward?

We use **Tremendous** to securely handle all ZoomBucks rewards. Here's how to redeem your reward:

1. **Check Your Email or SMS**
    Look for a message from **rewards@reward.tremendous.com**. If you received a reward via email, open it and click the **"Redeem"** button. If it came by SMS, tap the link to access your redemption page.
    
2. **Choose Your Reward**
    On the redemption page, click **"Redeem"** again to view all available reward options provided by ZoomBucks .

3. **Enter Any Required Info**
Depending on the reward type you select, you may need to enter some details like your name or email. If no extra info is needed, you'll move straight to the final confirmation screen.

4. **Confirm and Redeem**
    Click **"Redeem"** once more to finalize your selection.
    
5. **Get Your Reward**
    Tremendous will process your reward as quickly as possible. Virtual Visa reward details are generally sent to the email address associated with your ZoomBucks account, so check your inbox and Spam or Junk folder. Some Virtual Visa redemptions may require additional review.

**Delivery times based on payout method:**

* **Digital prepaid cards & gift cards**: Available immediately after processing. Virtual Visa redemptions are usually processed within **1 business day**, but some may take **2–3 business days** or require additional review. Please allow at least **5 full business days** before contacting support about a missing reward. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
    
* **Physical prepaid cards**: Arrive in **1–3 weeks** via USPS First Class Mail (in a plain white envelope from a Kansas return address).
    
* **PayPal & Venmo transfers**: Usually arrive within a few minutes, but can take up to **24 hours**. If it takes longer, contact PayPal or Venmo support directly.
    
* **Instant debit transfers**: Delivered within a few minutes.
    
* **Bank transfers**: Typically take **2–4 business days** to appear in your account. (Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal banking holidays.)
